I got the iPhone backup problem below from one of my friends:
“When I was creating iPhone backup, suddenly, all my data including Contacts, Notes, Text Messages, photos, etc. from my iPhone 4S disappeared from the iPhone. Step 2: Select the recent backup needed to restore to iPhone and input password when there will be asked for.
Step 3: There is a progress bar with time remaining as iCloud restores iPhone data. When progress is complete, iCloud will start to download apps with a progress bar under apps that are being downloaded. If you need a specific app first, tap its icon to move it ahead in the queue. To check if the restore is finished, navigate to Settings -> iCloud -> Storage & Backup.
