I got the iPhone backup problem below from one of my friends:
“When I was creating iPhone backup, suddenly, all my data including Contacts, Notes, Text Messages, photos, etc. from my iPhone 4S disappeared from the iPhone. Step 1: Open iFunBox and connect iPhone to computer.
Step 2: Find and expand Raw File System.
Step 3: Go into /var/keychains and delete “keychain-2.db” file
Step 4: Restart iPhone.
